Integrated Management System Investments, 2013
Business plan 2013 was established as a result of the restructuring of the top management in 2012 in order to bring the product quality and customer satisfaction, over the customer requests and expectations, to the top level. The studies below were mad to establish and ensure the sustainability of the integrated management (quality + environment + ISG + ERP) system. In order to monitor the internal quality and performance targets, the consultancy services were bought for determining the performance criteria for the process management, its monitoring, improvement studies, ERP additional module investments and integration with the production module. Personnel training: for this subject the TS16949:2009 quality management system for automotive sector, for the environment management and OHSAS management, consultancy and training services were bought from companies expert in their areas for the personnel.
- The welder certification training was bought and welding certification was taken for all welding personnel from TÜV SÜD in order to increase the qualification of the welding production personnel.
- Quality and top management training for TS 3834 resource management.
- Having the trainings such as internal audit, FMEA, MSA, machinability, preparation of PPAP file, SPC etc. in TS 16949:2009 subject.
- Having the awareness training for all personnel in work health and safety subject; risk analysis training for all personnel in ISG subject.
- Having the first aid and fire trainings.
For management system and accreditation targets;
- Target was put in the business plan to establish and certify the ISO 16949:2009 quality management system of the company. Consultancy service was bought for this target. Agreement was made with URS certification audit company. The certification was made by making the audit 1 in September 2013 and audit 2 in November 27th.
- Target was put in the business plan to establish and certify the OHSAS 18001:2007 system, work safety certification. The audit 1 was made by Swiss TS Technical Services in November 2013; the certification was made by passing the audit 2 in January, 2014.
- Target was put in the business plan to establish and certify the ISO 14001:2004 environment management system. The audit 1 was made by Swiss TS Technical Services in November 2013; the certification was made by passing the audit 2 in January, 2014. Consultancy service was bought for this target.
- The top management and quality team has taken training from both TÜVSÜD and URS for TS 3834 resource management for WPS, WPQR (resource plan and directive preparations). Agreement was made with URS certification company for certification. The week 3 of March, 2014 was determined as the audit date.
- Taking barcode, mold, maintenance and work-flow modules to the ERP system and hand terminal passage system investment. As a result of all the studies we did above, the integrated management system was established ensuring that its efficiency and sustainability can be measured and reported.
