Catia V5R19 is used in the R&G department as the CAD software in our company. The .stp, catia data from the customer are broken into pieces, measured and put into the production. The design of the mold, connection apparatus, and control apparatus is made in this department. Besides, our own projects are designed and put into practice in this department.
Mastercam X7 is used as CAM in CNC department in our company. We have established a professional tean for obtaining the pieces under sensitive, quick and requested quality conditions.
Functional tests can be made to a lot of assembled parts according to the requests by the customers.
For example: non-shifting test under vertical and horizontal loads to the adjusted steering wheel.
The monitoring, traceability, location, the movements inside the company, and amounts of the materials can be monitored from entrance to exit by barcode applications.
We instantly know the production and stock situation with the hand terminal applications. This application has gained us speed and professionalism.
